Study Background

Our study aims to better understand how diet influences the risk of developing disease such as diabetes, heart disease, certain cancers, and dementia.

Unhealthy diets are known to affect our body’s metabolism and increase our risk for these chronic diseases. However, our current understanding is limited by several challenges such as inaccurate diet tracking tools.

This study is utilising a novel method of dietary intake tracking to assess their accuracy.
