In this study, we are looking at the effect of a blueberry extract in overweight adults.
All participants will receive €350 upon completion of the study

The blueberry product is freeze dried and is required to be mixed in with your breakfast meal each morning for 8 weeks.
Blood, urine & stool samples are required as part of this study. Visits 2-4 to our clinic require a 24-hour urine collection.
Visits 2 & 3 will require you to be in our clinic for 5 hours each. During this time you are free to read, work on a laptop, etc. The other study visits are approx 45mins each.
