Study Background

Nutrient deficiencies and inadequacies are common and they can be of particular concern for women of reproductive age, those who are planning to conceive, and pregnant women, who may find themselves at an increased risk of negative health outcomes. Optimal intake and levels of key nutrients may benefit fertility, egg health, and the early prenatal period. This study will consist of healthy women of reproductive age, to assess the effectiveness of a multivitamin supplement to raise levels of key nutrients important during the periconceptional period.
