Study Background

This study aims to explore how a synbiotic (a combination of probiotics and prebiotics) may improve gut bacteria and support digestive health over 12 weeks,  in people with 3 or fewer bowel movements per week.

Digestive health becomes increasingly important as we age, because the gastrointestinal (GI) system plays a crucial role in overall wellbeing - affecting nutrition, immunity, and quality of life.

Participants in the study will be randomly assigned to either receive the product or a placebo, which is a non-active version of the product.
