We’re studying how a dietary supplement may impact gut health, sleep quality, and mood.

 

All participants will receive €400 upon completion of the study.

Study Background

 

This study is looking at the effect of how a new dietary supplement may influence gut health, sleep, and overall wellbeing over 9 weeks. 

 

Participants in the study will be randomly assigned to either receive the product or a placebo, which is a non-active version of the product.

Who is Eligible?

 

All our studies have eligibility criteria which is dependent on the type of study, the health area and the population.

 

  • Generally healthy adults
  • Aged 18-65
  • Living in Cork

Consume supplement for 8 weeks.
