Study Background

This research explores how targeted nutritional support may help maintain connective tissue integrity, supporting both skin health and joint function as we age.

Previous studies have shown that oral supplementation with bioactive collagen peptides can support collagen synthesis, improve skin and connective tissue structure, and reduce joint-related symptoms.

You will either take the supplement or a placebo over 4 months.

The study involves questionnaires, skin assessments and muscle function tests.
