In this study, we are looking for participants to explore the influence of a multivitamin that is already commercially available, on pregnancy health. 

 

All participants will receive $250 and free study product for the duration of their pregnancy.

Study Background

 

The aim of this study is to investigate the effects a multivitamin on pregnancy health over a 12-week period. The product has been available commercially since 2020, with this updated formulation available since 2024. 

 

Adequate maternal nutrition during pregnancy is essential for supporting fetal growth and optimizing maternal health. Prenatal multivitamin/mineral supplements are widely recommended and taken by most pregnant individuals in the United States, in line with these professional recommendations.

Participants in the study will be randomly given either the supplement or a regular brand product that is also commercially available, to help us see how they compare.

Who is Eligible?

 

All our studies have eligibility criteria which is dependent on the type of study, the health area and the population.

 

  • Generally healthy women aged 21-40 years
  • In their first trimester of pregnancy
  • Willing to take the study product daily
