We perform acute, observational, and intervention studies to ICH-GCP standards for the functional foods, beverages, supplements, pre and probiotics, and microbiome-based therapeutics sectors. We are located in Blackpool, Cork.

We are committed to providing our expertise in clinical research to execute high-quality trials. We are currently seeking to hire a positive, hardworking professional to fulfill the role of Clinical Data Analyst I to join the team.

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide solid core and some comprehensive data management expertise to Clinical Data Management to provide efficient, quality data management products that meet customer needs.
  • Perform comprehensive data management tasks including Clinical data review, writing, and resolving data clarifications.
  • Understand the documentation requirements and update all relevant documents in a timely manner.
  • Design and validate clinical databases including designing or testing logic checks. perform user acceptance testing for studies.
  • Validate clinical trial data to ensure consistency, integrity, and accuracy based on project-specific guidelines.
  • Sound knowledge of Clinical data management life cycle.
  • Query data inconsistencies and revise case report forms in compliance with standard operating procedures.
  • Prioritize work in line with project management decisions.
  • Maintain clinical study document throughout the study.
  • Programming and developing consistency checks, reports, and validation testing that helps to continuously improve the quality of the database, whilst identifying and recording nonconformities.
Requirements:
  • Proficient and experienced in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • 1+ years’ experience in the field of Clinical Data Management 
  • Excellent Computer skills and ability to pick up new electronic systems quickly.
  • Ability to assist in developing new efficient and improved processes.
  • Flexible and willing to learn/grow with the company.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks as appropriate to ensure deadlines are met
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills. Attention to detail.
