Blood Glucose Monitoring Study

Chicago Clinic

In this study, we are looking for participants to explore the usability of a self-testing device for blood glucose monitoring. We’re investigating how healthy people and those with diabetes use glucose monitors.

All participants will receive $125 upon study completion

Study Background

The aim of this study is to assess the performance of the Transtek Tel Blood Glucose Monitoring System and Transtek BT Blood Glucose Monitoring System by self testing and a test performed by staff.

Each participant will use the device to test a drop of their own blood. The study team will then take a finger-stick blood sample and check it for comparison.

After finishing the self-test, participants will be given a short questionnaire to share their feedback.
